Job summary

Dome Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to join their Wales-based team in Cardiff. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of £75,000–£90,000 per annum plus 25 days’ annual leave.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the MEP commissioning lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC and handover procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced projects.
• Experience across commercial, residential, healthcare, or education sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commissioning process from inception to handover.
• Develop commissioning strategies, programmes and testing plans.
• Coordinate all parties involved in testing and witnessing activities.
• Review QA/QC and handover documents, ensuring sign-offs.
• Provide weekly commissioning progress reports and risk updates.
