Job summary

Eden Brown is recruiting a Senior Commissioning MEP Manager for major UK projects. You will oversee commissioning from start to handover, coordinating clients, contractors, consultants and sub-contractors to deliver systems to the highest standards.

You will lead commissioning across complex MEP installations on flagship commercial, data centre, healthcare and mixed-use schemes, with a strong emphasis on testing, validation and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commissioning Management within the built environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health building services systems.
• Experience delivering large and complex projects across sectors (commercial, healthcare, data centre, life sciences, infra).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through commissioning and handover phases.
• Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning management activities across complex MEP installations.

Are you an experienced Commissioning Manager looking to take ownership of complex, high-profile building projects from commissioning through to handover?

A leading independent engineering and commissioning consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Commissioning MEP Manager to support the delivery of major developments across the commercial, data centre, healthcare, mixed-use and mission-critical sectors.

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected team that has played a key role in the successful delivery of some of the UKs most technically challenging projects, including large-scale commercial headquarters, critical infrastructure facilities, flagship healthcare developments and landmark regeneration schemes.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the full commissioning process on major projects, acting as the key interface between clients, contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors to ensure systems are delivered, tested and handed over to the highest standards.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading commissioning management activities across complex MEP installations
• Developing and managing commissioning programmes and strategies
• Chairing commissioning meetings and coordinating project stakeholders
• Monitoring commissioning progress and identifying project risks

About You
