Job summary

BHT Sussex in Crawley is seeking a Senior Mental Health Recovery Worker to join the Pathfinder Service. This role focuses on recovery-focused one-to-one and group interventions, risk assessments, and managing a small caseload of clients.

You will support individuals to identify needs and goals using a holistic, person-centred approach, helping them access local services that promote recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in mental health, social care, or community settings.
• Ability to develop person-centred recovery plans with clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Capable of supervising and supporting junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Pathfinder and BeOK Service staff including supervision.
• Assess client needs and risks and develop personalised support plans.
• Deliver and co-facilitate group activities where applicable.
• Assist client access to other support services and resources.
