West Sussex County Council is recruiting a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the Thought-Full: Mental Health Support Team. You will deliver clinical skills and caseload management supervision to EMHPs and CWPs, providing CBT-based interventions to young people with mild to moderate mental health needs in schools.

You will work closely with Advisory Teachers, multi-disciplinary teams and external partners to develop and deliver Thought-Full core functions.

Qualificações

• Supervise junior staff (EMHPs and CWPs) delivering low-intensity CBT.
• Provide assessment, care planning and delivery for mild to moderate mental health issues in schools.
• Support trainees and supervise others to develop practice through supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychological assessment, therapy, advice and consultation.
• Contribute to triage and referrals to determine care pathways.
