We are excited to offer a suitably qualified Mental Health Professional Band 6 position within our established multi-disciplinary Assertive Outreach Team in Gloucester and Forest of Dean.
The successful applicant will gain valuable mental health experience within well-respected services, working in both urban and rural parts of the Forest of Dean. We are seeking a motivated individual with experience working in mental health services.
As the ideal candidate, you would be an experienced and highly competent mental health practitioner seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to make a real difference. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping those experiencing mental health issues.
You will have the ability to build relationships with key partner agencies and help us integrate more effectively with other services. The role requires thriving in high-pressure situations and working with specialists from various professions.
We seek a motivated and innovative individual with a strong interest in working with adults with serious mental illness to join our friendly, progressive, and dynamic multidisciplinary teams providing comprehensive mental and social care. We offer an opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to high-quality service development.
You must hold a registered mental health qualification and demonstrate post-registration experience at Band 5 or above. Evidence of ongoing professional development is also required.
The teams provide a 7-day service, operating from 9-5 on weekdays and 9-1 on weekends.

Salary: £37,338 to £44,962 per annum (pro-rata)
