GHC NHS Foundation Trust, rated 'Good' in our recent CQC report, has a number of opportunities for Mental Health Professionals to join an exciting venture. Crisis Urgent Care aims to improve response times and widen access for people in the community experiencing mental health crises and acute psychological distress, in line with the Crisis Care Concordat. The service also seeks to provide a coordinated approach to crises, working collaboratively with agencies such as SWAST. We are developing a fully inclusive service (age 11 to end of life) that will serve as the single point of access and triage for a comprehensive care pathway.

Main duties of the job

Excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with partner agencies, and thrive under pressure are essential. This role offers the opportunity to work with specialists from various professions.

This vital service operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are looking for flexible staff willing to work shifts throughout the week, including long 12-hour shifts or shorter 7.5-hour shifts.

About us

Job responsibilities

We are committed to embedding personalized care across all services, empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
