Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Practitioner to provide clinical leadership within the Bolton North Specialist mental health team. The role focuses on leading a multidisciplinary team, supporting staff, and delivering high-quality care to service users and carers within CPA guidelines.

You will develop risk assessments, management plans, and act as a keyworker for complex cases, while promoting recovery, independence, and social inclusion across community

Qualifications

• Registered professional with appropriate registration.
• Experience in MDT setting in mental health.
• Experience in complex mental health and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a keyworker for highly complex cases under CPA guidance.
• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and development of a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver safe, effective, high-quality care aligned with clinical pathways.
• Participate in Community Services Management Team responsibilities.
• Promote independence and social inclusion for adults in the service.
