Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is recruiting for an MHST Senior Mental Health Practitioner to support schools in delivering evidence-based CBT for children and young people. The role involves caseload management, collaboration with schools and multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to service development across Mid and East Kent.

The post holder will work with colleagues to maintain registration through supervision and may undertake supervisortraining.

• Deliver CBT interventions for children and young people in schools and colleges.
• Manage an individual caseload and support colleagues with routine supervision.
• Provide training and supervision to junior staff and contribute to service development.
