Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Educational Mental Health Practitioner to join the MHST. The role focuses on assessing children and young people, delivering CBT-informed interventions, and advising education staff to support school-wide mental health strategies.

Formación

• Postgraduate EMHP qualification required or equivalent.
• BABCP/BPS accreditation or CBT diploma required.
• Experience delivering CBT-informed interventions in child mental health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out high-quality mental health assessments for children and young people.
• Deliver CBT-informed interventions, individually and in groups.
• Provide consultation to education staff to support whole-school approaches to mental health.
• Manage a defined caseload with care planning and delivery.
• Offer clinical supervision to colleagues and trainees.
• Monitor outcomes using ROM and participate in clinical reviews.
• Contribute to service development, audits and QI initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
