Navigo CAMHS (Young Minds Matter) is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example to join our core team. We seek someone who can provide a high standard of care to children, young people, families, and carers through therapeutic interventions, care coordination, and supporting the network around the children and family.
The successful applicant will join a team of experienced clinicians providing high-standard specialist clinical care to children and young people with complex mental health presentations. Responsibilities include undertaking mental health assessments and delivering safe, effective, evidence-based treatment to children and families. A creative and flexible approach is required to meet individual needs using a trauma-informed approach.
Interventions will be delivered through group and individual therapy, alongside working with and coordinating key adults in the child's and young person's life.
They will also offer liaison, consultation, and training to universal services, including schools, GPs, and health and social care professionals. This includes providing a professional advice line.
Manage delegated caseloads and supervise other staff as required in the provision of direct and indirect care. Deputise for the team lead as needed, based on experience.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. A DBS check will be required to verify criminal convictions.
Salary: £29,970 to £44,962 per year, Band 5 or Band 6 depending on experience.
