Are you passionate about working with children and young people? Do you have a real passion for the social, emotional and mental wellbeing needs of our young people?
Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience working with children, young people and their families around social, emotional and mental health needs? Do you hold a professional qualification, registration or belong to a recognized governing body?
We are looking to recruit a Senior Child Wellbeing Practitioner to our Hull CWP team, who is enthusiastic, kind, compassionate and resilient, with experience of supporting others to develop.
We seek a Practitioner who has experience of working with multi-disciplinary professionals to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people (CYP) and their families and can evidence an understanding of CBT based interventions.
The role will require the individual to be an identified lead within the CPWP team and work closely with other early intervention and Early Help services.
The successful candidate will also hold a small caseload across the CWP to work systemically to create sustainable change for children, young people and families.
As a Senior Practitioner, the successful candidate will work as part of the CWP team to support and empower Education, Health, Early Help and Social Care to work as one system to support CYP and families with their social, emotional and mental health needs.
