Job summary

Prosper Global seeks a Senior Advisor to lead organizational performance indicators (OPIs) and measurement. You will drive data collection, analysis and reporting, aligning country and regional strategies with program outcomes.

You will promote MEL tools, dashboards and data literacy, collaborating with TEQ, Finance and People teams to ensure data-driven decision making. This role requires strong data analytics and governance skills across multinational programs.

Qualifications

• BA/MA in international development or related field; MEL or data analytics preferred.
• 7+ years experience aggregating and reporting data across programs.
• Expertise in data management, data cleaning, and producing accessible dashboards.
• English required; French/Arabic/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align OPIs across units, regions and country offices.
• Lead OPI reporting cycles and develop new data functionalities.
• Design framework for collection, analysis and reporting of OPIs, scalable across levels.
• Develop data infrastructure to automate data ingestion into Fabric and Power BI visuals.
• Provide training on data management, visualization and VfM to teams.
