Job summary

OMD is seeking a Senior Manager for Data Management and Visualisations to lead governance and reporting across the EMEA network. The role focuses on data quality, cross-market collaboration, and scalable dashboards and automated reporting solutions.

The candidate will guide ETL processes, integrate new data sources, and mentor junior team members while engaging with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable insights. Strong media experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in media, marketing or creative agency reporting or data governance.
• Strong understanding of the media data ecosystem and analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage cross-market relationships.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to clients and teams clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for data governance across OMD markets and partner agencies.
• Develop end-to-end solutions from scope to delivery of visualisation and automated reporting.
• Drive improvements to data management, tagging, and campaign management processes.
• Integrate new analytics tools and data sources into dashboards and reporting.
• Collaborate with creative, web, and technical teams to enable efficiencies in ad-serving and analytics.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across the network.
• Present work to clients and internal stakeholders with clear storytelling.
