Job summary

Kier Group plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior MEICA Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA) activities across our water projects. You will provide technical leadership from feasibility through commissioning, collaborating with design teams, contractors and operational stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a MEICA-focused role within a main contractor or utilities.
• Experience delivering water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical understanding across mechanical, electrical, ICA and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Leading MEICA input throughout feasibility, design, construction and commissioning phases
• Reviewing mechanical and electrical requirements and identifying technical risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions
• Coordinating and managing MEICA consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, programme and commercial targets are achieved
• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams across all MEICA disciplines
• Ensuring designs, installations and commissioning activities are compliant with industry standards, client specifications and statutory regulations
