Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior MEICA Engineer to lead mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls and automation design and delivery on diverse infrastructure projects. You will manage Engineers, Designers, Graduates and Apprentices, ensuring client commitments are met within time and budget.

You will apply your knowledge of pumps, MCCs, PLCs, SCADA and P&ID standards to deliver safe, compliant and efficient solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design and delivery on water or wastewater projects.
• Proven ability to lead engineers, designers and apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration on projects, delivering against quality, time and budget.
• Monitor project team performance against contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Manage design production, checking and approvals in line with Client and SYSTRA processes.
• Communicate project requirements clearly to the team.
• Act as Work Package Manager on small to medium projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation throughout the design lifecycle.
