Job summary

SYSTRA Ltd in the UK is seeking a Senior MEICA Engineer to join our M&E engineering team. You will lead design and integration on client projects, coordinating Engineers, Designers, Graduates and Apprentices to deliver solutions that meet quality, time and budget.

You will oversee technical standards, manage work packages on small to medium projects, support bid activities, and ensure health and safety across the design lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in design and delivery of water/wastewater or similar process environments.
• Line management experience is desirable.
• Progress towards Chartered status with a professional body (ICE/IET/IMechE).
• Ability to plan, budget and manage timescales on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to design and integration on projects, meeting client commitments.
• Monitor team performance against quality and contractual obligations.
• Manage design production, checks and approvals.
• Communicate project requirements clearly to the team.
• Act as Work Package Manager on small to medium projects.
• Support work winning and marketing to maximise opportunities.
• Apply safety, health and environmental procedures throughout the design lifecycle.
