Zusammenfassung

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a MEICA Engineer to join our M&E engineering team. You will act as Engineer on a variety of projects in water, infrastructure and rail sectors, delivering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation design within budgets and programmes.

The role requires a degree, knowledge of pumps, MCCs, P&IDs, PLCs, SCADA, and WIMES, with experience in water or similar process environments. You will contribute to safety, quality and professional registration.

Qualifikationen

• Good knowledge and experience within own discipline.
• Knowledge of construction principles and standards relevant to own discipline.
• Experience of working as a design engineer under supervision with responsibilities for deliverables within a work package.
• Production of quality deliverables in line with relevant standards and best practice.
• Awareness of commercial and contract conditions as they relate to the delivery of budgets/timescales.

Aufgaben

• Prepare outline and detailed design for multi or single disciplinary projects as required.
• Follow and check procedures throughout project delivery.
• Report updates to senior Engineers, technical leads and the project management team on project progress.
• Apply procedures and systems to ensure the safety of staff and others affected by the operations of SYSTRA throughout design lifecycle.
• Contribute to company-wide goals and business improvement.
• Continue your own professional development with support from SYSTRA in line with your professional body.
• Any other duties as required.
