Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a MEICA Engineer to join their engineering team in Greater London. In this role, you will be responsible for design and delivery across various engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical design, knowledge of KPIs, and the ability to work within a dynamic team. A degree in engineering or equivalent is essential, along with proficiency in relevant computer programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical design, including pumps and motor control centers.
• Knowledge of UK water industry standards for P&IDs.
• Familiarity with WIMES and pumping system control philosophies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outline and detailed designs for projects.
• Report project updates to senior engineers and management.
• Contribute to company-wide goals and continuous improvement.

Skills

Mechanical and electrical design knowledge

Project delivery under supervision

Use of relevant computer analysis programmes

Understanding of engineering interfaces

Education

Degree in Engineering or equivalent

HNC or equivalent qualification
