Job summary

Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Distribution Services Co-ordinator to lead the medicines distribution and pharmacy stores delivery across the Trust.

You will work closely with pharmacy, ward and corporate teams to ensure medicines reach patients safely, on time and in good condition, while developing expertise in automated distribution systems and governance across clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational management of medicines distribution across Trust sites.
• Supervise pharmacy stores staff to ensure safe, timely medicines supply.
• Deliver training for users of automated distribution systems including Omnicell.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to performance reports and improvement plans.
• Support stock management and inventory governance in line with GDP.
