Bioscript Group in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Writer to lead the development of clear, accurate, and engaging medical content across therapeutic areas. You will mentor junior colleagues, manage high-profile projects, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape strategic communications.

You should have established MedComms agency experience, a track record of leading projects, and the ability to work autonomously within a hybrid/remote model while delivering

Qualifications

• Established medical writing experience within a MedComms agency.
• Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects, manage budgets, timelines and client interactions.
• Produce and review clear, accurate written work across therapeutic areas.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and review their work.
• Build relationships with clients, key opinion leaders and internal teams.
• Contribute to strategic communication and publication planning.
• Ensure adherence to industry guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Support business development activities such as pitches and proposals.
