Job summary

Bioscript Group is seeking a Senior Medical Writer in the UK to lead the development of clear, accurate medical content across therapeutic areas. This role offers hybrid/remote work and opportunities to mentor junior colleagues while managing high-profile client projects.

You will produce and review complex scientific materials, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic publication planning within a collaborative Medical Communications team.

Qualifications

• Established medical writing experience within a MedComms agency.
• Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects, budgets and timelines.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and reviewing junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of projects across client accounts, owning budgets, timelines and scope.
• Producing and reviewing clear, accurate medical writing across therapeutic areas.
• Mentoring junior colleagues and reviewing their work.
• Building relationships with clients, key opinion leaders and internal teams.
• Contributing to strategic publication planning with clients and account teams.
• Ensuring adherence to industry guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Contributing to business development activities such as pitches and credentials presentations.
