Job summary

Bioscript Group is seeking a Senior Medical Writer to lead development of clear, accurate, and engaging content for diverse audiences. You will own high-profile projects within our Medical Communications team and mentor junior colleagues as part of a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This role offers hybrid/remote UK work with a focus on budgeting, timelines and strategic communication, while maintaining high standards of regulatory and scientific excellence across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Established medical writing experience within a MedComms agency with a track record of leading projects.
• Ability to coach, mentor and review junior colleagues.
• Confident communicator skilled at building client and cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leading delivery of projects across client accounts, managing budgets, timelines and scope.
• Producing and reviewing clear, accurate and engaging written work for diverse audiences.
• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, KOLs and internal teams.
• Contributing to strategic publication planning with clients and account teams.
• Ensuring adherence to guidelines and regulatory standards; supporting colleagues in this area.
• Contributing to business development through pitches and proposals.
