Job summary

Sky is seeking a senior Media Measurement Lead to own Sky's end-to-end media measurement framework, defining KPIs, principles and evidential standards across ATL and digital channels.

You will lead robust incrementality testing programmes, including geo-tests, and work with Econometrics, Digital Marketing, Media Planning and agency partners to harmonise measurement for investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in experimental design, causal measurement and statistics.
• Ability to design and evaluate large-scale media tests including geo-testing.
• Translate measurement results into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Sky's end-to-end media measurement framework and KPI standards.
• Lead design and delivery of incrementality testing programmes, geo-tests and market experiments.
• Provide expert guidance on measurement design, KPI selection and interpretation of results.
• Ensure platform, attribution and incrementality signals are used correctly to optimise campaigns.
• Build a cohesive measurement framework by integrating econometrics, testing and campaign reporting.
• Lead and develop analysts or technical specialists across Media and Digital teams.
