Job summary

Sky seeks a Media Measurement Lead to own a unified measurement framework across ATL, digital, testing, and econometrics. You’ll define KPIs, evidential standards and confidence thresholds to ensure consistent interpretation of evidence for smarter investment decisions.

You will design and deliver robust incrementality tests, including geo-tests and matched market experiments, guiding teams from feasibility to interpretation and recommendation. Strong statistical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in experimental design and causal measurement.
• Strong statistical analysis and interpretation of results.
• Experience with large-scale media tests (geo-tests or matched market experiments).
• Ability to write and interpret SQL queries and use Python for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own Sky's end-to-end media measurement framework across ATL and digital.
• Provide expert guidance on measurement design and campaign evaluation.
• Lead design and delivery of incrementality testing programmes.
• Support evolution of digital measurement and attribution approaches.
• Integrate evidence from econometrics, testing and campaign reporting into a single framework.
• Build and develop a high-performing measurement team.
