Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction projects, supervising installation works, subcontractors and site teams.
• Familiarity with UK construction regulations (HSE) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced live construction environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating day-to-day mechanical construction activities on site.
• Leading mechanical subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality execution.
• Monitoring installation of mechanical equipment, piping systems, steel structures and related plant.
• Ensuring works comply with project specs, drawings and standards.
• Monitoring progress, productivity and site performance against milestones.
• Preparing daily/weekly progress reports and maintaining site records.
