Job summary

M&E Contractor is seeking a proactive Mechanical Supervisor to lead on-site mechanical works across projects up to £3M. You will supervise the mechanical team, coordinate sub-contractors, and ensure quality, safety and timely delivery. A strong focus on RAMs, toolbox talks, and progress tracking is essential.

The role requires experience in planning and delivering mechanical installations, with valid SSSTS, CSCS Gold, and SMSTS. A company vehicle and pension are among the listed benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanical teams on site.
• Ability to read and manage RAMs and method statements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience planning, scheduling and delivering mechanical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site mechanical team and coordinate sub-contractors.
• Lead toolbox talks and attend site meetings.
• Inspect installations and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on site.
• Liaise with project managers to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and internal teams.
