Senior Mechanical Project Manager – M&E

Due to retirement, a Senior Mechanical Project Manager required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. Overseeing around 5 projects at any one time and managing all sub-contract labor, you will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Established Mechanical Project Manager with a track record of managing commercial / industrial installation
• Exceptional mechanical installation knowledge (plumbing / pipework bias)
• Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects
• Procurement knowledge
• Happy to travel nationally when required

Package:

• Base salary around £60,
• Bonus based on gross profit, typically around £20, (net and gross profit figures are transparent)
• 33 days holiday
