King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical projects from startup through delivery. You will manage specifications, submittals, labour tracking and weekly progress, coordinating with contractors and client teams to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects.
• Qualification in Construction/Project Management preferred.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Experience supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend project start-up meetings and manage mechanical work to deliver on time and budget.
• Review project details and specifications to ensure alignment.
• Collect and track technical submittals through approval process.
• Manage labour tracker and weekly progress reporting.
• Coordinate with main contractors and site client team.
• Oversee equipment delivery and site materials availability.
• Ensure project and commissioning programs are implemented on site.
• Lead handover and document management for K&M projects.
• Attend meetings with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate project-specific works to Contracts Manager.
