Job summary

King & Moffatt Building Services seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead on-site delivery of multi-discipline projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget outcomes across sectors. You will oversee submittals, progress reporting, coordination with contractors and clients, and the K&M handover process, with a focus on safety, quality and value.

The role requires leadership of project teams, strong communication, and a track record of delivering large-scale installations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing mechanical projects and leads.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale construction projects.
• A qualification in construction/project management is preferred.
• Experience supervising multiple teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Attend project start-up meetings and manage mechanical scope, delivering on time and within budget.
• Familiarise with project details and specifications for successful execution.
• Collate submittals and follow through to approval.
• Maintain weekly progress reports and manage changes/variations.
• Coordinate with main contractors and client site teams.
• Oversee equipment delivery and ensure materials availability.
