Job summary

King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical packages on diverse construction projects in the UK.

You will manage submittals, progress reporting, site coordination, and handover processes, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while supervising teams and coordinating with contractors and clients. Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating with main contractors.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification is desirable.
• Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend project start-up meetings and manage all mechanical aspects, delivering on time and within budget.
• Collate technical submittals and ensure approval.
• Maintain weekly Progress Reports and manage changes/variations.
• Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
• Liaise with main contractors and client-based site team.
