NG Bailey Engineering, based in Plymouth, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Mechanical) to lead a major defence infrastructure project on a hybrid-working basis. The role includes ownership of delivery, client relationships and multidisciplinary leadership across site and office locations.

You will drive project performance, manage budgets and risk, and ensure safety, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience delivering large-scale MEP/building services projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and manage specialist subcontractors.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, programmes and reporting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of major building services projects from bid stage through to completion.
• Drive commercial performance, programme delivery and operational excellence across project phases.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage and develop high-performing project teams with clear leadership and accountability.
• Oversee project risk, forecasting, reporting and financial performance to maximise profitability.
• Support pre-construction and work-winning activities to secure future opportunities.
• Ensure Health & Safety, quality and compliance throughout project delivery.
• Lead project close-out activities and ensure client satisfaction.
