NG Bailey Engineering is seeking a Senior Planner for a Defence project in Reading. The role concentrates on driving the planning function, developing workable programmes, and delivering monthly progress reporting.

You will work closely with project personnel and customers to maintain baselines, track progress, and implement corrective actions where needed. Security clearance may be required for this position.

Qualifikationen

• Considerable experience in a planning role on medium to large MEP construction projects.
• Construction site experience.
• Primavera proficient.
• A relevant industry qualification/apprenticeship.
• Will be able to gain security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Drive the planning function on the project and produce workable programmes of work.
• Prepare monthly progress submissions and dashboards for reporting.
• Coordinate planning meetings with stakeholders to develop and agree the plan.
• Maintain and update contract baseline programmes in line with changes.
• Monitor progress and productivity against the project plan and advise on corrective actions.
