Job summary

Mace is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager for a Defence programme based in Leeds. You will lead complex construction and infrastructure projects, coordinating cross-functional teams while ensuring safety, quality and governance.

The role requires SC clearance eligibility and offers hybrid working arrangements. Leadership across client, contractor and consultant organisations is essential, as you will shape programme priorities, governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong MEP construction delivery experience across complex projects.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated or secure environments.
• NEC4 accredited or demonstrable NEC contract knowledge.
• Experience leading governance, assurance and project controls activities.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety, quality, and governance across all project activities.
• Direct delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects.
• Manage senior stakeholders across client, contractor and consultant organisations.
• Direct contractor activities, design coordination and issue resolution.
• Direct project reporting across cost, schedule, risk and governance.
• Oversee project controls, change, risk and financial management.
• Lead development of business cases and key project documents.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to PMs and PMO colleagues.
