Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management focusing on mechanical systems for data centers or large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems for data center projects in Europe.
• Ensure mechanical systems meet CloudHQ technical standards, tenant requirements, and local codes.
• Troubleshoot on-site construction challenges to keep schedules on track.
• Review drawings and specs for constructability and compliance with contracts and codes.
• Coordinate with general contractors for procurement, delivery, and installation milestones.
• Monitor on-site progress, safety, and quality to ensure reliable mechanical systems.
• Lead meetings with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to mitigate risks and drive delivery.
• Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure construction readiness of mechanical systems.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain comprehensive project records.
