Are you a Project Manager with mechanical HVAC experience in commercial environments, looking for a varied role managing multiple M&E projects from initial specification through to completion?

On offer is a permanent position where you will oversee technical building services projects across London and the Home Counties, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

In this role, you will manage multiple M&E projects at the same time, taking responsibility for identifying works, specifying requirements, tendering, managing subcontractors, reviewing budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also manage commercial risk, provide financial updates, and ensure projects are delivered in line with QSHE requirements.

This role would suit a Project Manager with a mechanical HVAC background, experience delivering commercial M&E projects, and the ability to manage clients, subcontractors, budgets, and project delivery across multiple sites.

The Role:

• Manage multiple M&E projects from specification and tender through to delivery
• Oversee commercial HVAC and building services projects across client premises
• Manage budgets, programmes, commercial risk, subcontractors, client relationships, and project profitability
• Hybrid role covering Dartford, London, and the Home Counties, with flexibility around travel and working hours

The Person:

• Project Manager or similar with mechanical HVAC experience
• Background delivering M&E projects within commercial environments
• Experience managing multiple projects, subcontractors, budgets, tenders, and client relationships
• Accessible to Dartford and able to cover London and the Home Counties
