Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their Maidstone, UK base. You will lead mechanical building services projects from design through handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence.

You will manage client and subcontractor relationships, supervise site teams, develop programmes, monitor procurement and costs, and deliver projects profitably with strong governance and compliance to H&S standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ/OND/HND or Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum three years’ experience in project management within building services/M&E contracting.
• Strong budgeting, procurement, cost control and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Undertake site surveys and support estimating activities.
• Develop project programmes and delivery plans.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery.
• Manage procurement schedules, purchase orders and supplier requisitions.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure, cash flow and profitability.
• Oversee project documentation and risk assessments.
• Attend meetings and record actions.
• Ensure health & safety, environmental and company standards.
