Job summary

Solenis is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team on a COMAH site, with a hands‑on approach to safety, reliability and performance. You’ll develop the team and drive improvements to keep the plant running at its best.

Location: Bradford, UK. You’ll coordinate planned, preventive and reactive maintenance, manage contractors and ensure work meets safety standards, working with Operations, EC&I, Planning and EHS.

Qualifications

• Experienced mechanical maintenance professional with leadership skills.
• Ability to support and develop a maintenance team in a chemical/manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in safe and reliable maintenance delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of Mechanical Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate planned, preventive, reactive and corrective maintenance.
• Support site shutdown planning and delivery with internal teams and contractors.
• Manage mechanical contractors ensuring safe, standards-compliant work.
• Maintain maintenance records and SAP/CMMS follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, EC&I, Planning, Reliability and EHS to improve safety and reliability.
