Job summary

ARM is seeking a Mechanical Foreman / Supervisor to lead on-site mechanical installations on high-end residential and commercial projects in Oxfordshire. The role requires strong site leadership, safety compliance, and the ability to manage client-facing interactions.

Salary is £50k–£55k with the possibility of a contract-based arrangement depending on the project size and stage. The position is based in Oxford and involves site-based work on various high-end schemes.

Qualifications

• SSSTS/SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS card required.
• NVQ Level 2/3 is essential.
• Experience working with high-end clients in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site mechanical installations across high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate trades, monitor progress and ensure safety and quality standards on site.
• Liaise with client representatives to maintain project requirements and timelines.
