Job summary

Bimplus in Warwick is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join its M&E contracting team. You will produce accurate, competitive estimates across commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, residential and heritage projects from a small estimating team reporting directly to the director.

This office-based role in Warwick, 8am–5pm, offers £50,000–£60,000 DOE plus a company car/allowance, pension after qualifying period, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mechanical Estimator within an M&E contractor.
• HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
• Proven experience managing projects and budgets.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Highly organised, self-motivated and driven.

Responsibilities
