Job summary

Red Rock Consultants Ltd in Warwick is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a small estimating team within an established M&E contractor. You will produce accurate mechanical estimates across diverse sectors and support securing high-quality projects up to £6 million.

The role offers a permanent, office-based position in Warwick with typical hours 8am–5pm, a salary of £50,000–£60,000 DOE, and benefits including a company car or car allowance, pension, Westfield Health, and 25 days

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Estimator within an M&E contractor.
• HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
• Proven experience managing projects and budgets.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Using Cypher1.

Responsibilities

Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join an established M&E contractor based in Warwick. Joining a small estimating team consisting of Electrical and Small works. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive mechanical estimates across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, residential and heritage projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically competent estimator looking to join a collaborative team and play a key role in securing high-quality projects. This opportunity is working with a small team reporting directly to the director. Projects value up to £6million.

Salary & Benefits
