You will support requirements capture, site surveys and documentation, while mentoring junior staff. The role emphasizes compliance with BS8888 and ISO-8015, with opportunities to develop in a regulated nuclear environment and contribute to safety-focused

Qualifications

• High-level technical competency required in a related field.
• Experience in preparing project documentation, processes, and reports.
• Strong understanding of BS8888 and ISO-GPS (ISO 8015).
• Ability to check technical drawings per BS8888 and ISO 8015.
• Experience in design, manufacture, materials selection, welding, fabrication and machining.

Responsibilities

• Support Requirements Capture: manage and challenge requirements for waste containers and interface equipment.
• Support Engineering Activities: assist as defined by the Engineering Manager.
• Mentorship: provide guidance to Senior Engineers and Designers.
• Determine Engineering Requirements: assist in defining product requirements.
• Guide tolerances on interface drawings.
• Compile Documents: assist in compiling Component Requirements Documents.
• Support site surveys and produce survey reports.
• Assist DFMEA/PFMEA in design and process analyses.
• Review drawings and documents for accuracy.
• Deploy Lessons Learned from Experience for technical tasks.
