Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical design engineering within building services.
• Experience designing HVAC, cooling, ventilation and air distribution systems.
• Proven track record delivering MEP designs across RIBA Stages 2–4.
• CIBSE accreditation or chartership would be a bonus.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects for data centre and large-scale builds.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver building services designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage client communications.
• Work in a hybrid London office with flexible hours.
