Our client, a well established medium sized, independent building services design practice are actively hiring.

You will be a very experienced mechanical design engineer with over 10 years of consultancy experience.
This is a rare opportunity born out of the success of this well run business.
The role will include detailed design work, management of up to 4 staff, design reviews, client facing duties, surveys, design team meetings and quality assurance.
This medium sized consultancy is over 20 years old and needs to grow to keep up with the demands of local clients.
A very large percentage of the work is within the North West region so there is very little travel required with the position.
They have an enviable number of clients who are repeat customers. The practice have strong core values that have led to their success namely – professionalism, quality, commitment and teamwork.
With a wide variety of projects and duties you will enjoy working in and out of the office on commercial, retail, leisure and residential schemes.
You would be delivering design projects for Hotels, apartments, schools, distribution centres, offices and civic buildings . Many of these projects are carried out using BIM.
