Job summary

Diamond (in partnership with the Danny Sullivan Group) is seeking an experienced Commissioning Project Manager – Mechanical to lead commissioning on a major West London residential development. You will own commissioning delivery and collaborate with MEP, design and construction teams to drive the programme to handover.

The role requires managing commissioning milestones, coordinating specialist teams, and ensuring quality standards are achieved for a successful occupation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commissioning Manager or Commissioning Project Manager.
• Strong mechanical building services background.
• Experience on major residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and specialist commissioning teams.
• Excellent project coordination and programme management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with focus on delivering high-quality end products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning programme across the development.
• Work with MEP contractors and specialist commissioning teams.
• Manage key commissioning milestones and project interfaces.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to the programme.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and witnessing activities.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure commissioning documentation and handover requirements are met.
