Danny Sullivan Group in London is seeking an experienced Commissioning Project Manager (Mechanical) to lead commissioning on a major residential development in West London.

You will drive the commissioning programme, coordinate with the project management, MEP, design and construction teams, and ensure handover readiness with high standards of quality and performance. This role offers ownership, accountability and visibility within a high-profile project.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commissioning Manager or Commissioning Project Manager on large projects.
• Strong mechanical building services background.
• Experience on major residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and specialist commissioning teams.
• Strong project coordination and programme management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning programme across the development.
• Coordinate MEP contractors and specialist commissioning teams.
• Manage key commissioning milestones and project interfaces.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to the programme.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and witnessing activities.
• Work with the project team to resolve technical and delivery issues.
• Ensure commissioning documentation and handover requirements are completed to a high standard.
