Job summary

The Diamond and the Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to lead major London-based MEP packages, delivering high-profile projects with technical excellence.

You will manage mechanical building services from design through commissioning and handover on schemes ranging from £5m to £30m+, chair meetings with clients and consultants, control procurement and budgets, and build strong client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering mechanical building services projects.
• Experience working for an M&E Contractor or Building Services Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, public health and mechanical installations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (preferred).
• Relevant mechanical engineering or building services qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing mechanical packages from design through to commissioning and handover.
• Monitoring programme, quality, health & safety and project budgets.
• Chairing progress meetings with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and design changes.
• Managing procurement of plant and materials.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Supporting commercial teams with valuations, variations and cost control.
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
