• BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Materials Science or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience with polymer materials science and processing.
• Industry experience in aerospace engineering.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to report clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for transparent polymer and adhesive materials.
• Lead thin film polymer coatings projects.
• Manage material obsolescence and REACh-related replacement projects.
• Collaborate with leadership and site teams; report progress to senior managers.
