Senior Experiential Marketing Operations Manager Brackley, UK

At the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, a passionate and dedicated team works to design, develop, manufacture, and race cars aiming for world championships each year.

About the Role:

As we evolve our delivery of trackside and campaign-led projects, we seek a Senior Experiential Marketing Operations Manager to shape and advance our seasonal activities with structure, creativity, and clarity.

This newly created role within the Marketing Operations team reflects the expanding scope and ambition of our campaign and event delivery. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Projects, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, produce, and execute marketing assets and activations throughout the season.

You will work cross-functionally with in-house teams, agencies, and suppliers—helping to shape briefs, drive project delivery, and bring structure to our fast-paced, evolving calendar. As this is a new role, you will have the opportunity to define our workflows and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project processes and outputs.

Key Accountabilities (Duties):
  1. Manage a range of marketing projects from inception to completion—initial brief to final delivery.
  2. Collaborate with creative, design, AV, production, and external suppliers to deliver assets and campaigns.
  3. Support the development of creative briefs and ensure alignment across all project partners.
  4. Oversee logistics and asset movement, including freight and on-site delivery when required.
  5. Track progress, adapt plans, and manage timelines, budgets, and approvals effectively.
  6. Promote clear communication and problem-solving across internal and external teams.
  7. Drive continuous improvement in project tools, processes, and workflows.
Profile:
  • Proven experience in managing creative, production, or marketing workstreams.
  • Experience working within an agency environment (AV, creative, or production).
  • Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and delivery skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset capable of managing complexity and pace.
  • Collaborative, calm under pressure, with high attention to detail.
