Location: UK, London - Hybrid

My client is one of the top 5 global tech brands, seeking a Head of Public Sector Marketing responsible for creating and leading marketing strategies aimed at government agencies and public organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing projects by managing tasks and guiding workstreams to drive marketing outcomes.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to gather insights and recommend product features.
- Develop user journeys and lifecycle strategies in collaboration with different teams.
- Identify growth opportunities to increase user numbers, engagement, and feature adoption.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Define project scopes, manage priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
- Set, track, and measure goals to evaluate success.
- Plan and manage projects to ensure timely completion.
- Manage stakeholder interests, balancing priorities and providing updates.
- Proactively find opportunities to improve processes and drive growth.
- Solve problems using various approaches to find optimal solutions.
- Create new processes, methods, and features to address future challenges.
- Make informed business decisions prioritizing impactful ideas for growth.
Main Focus Areas
- Drive demand-generation activities such as events, social media, and advocacy programs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities to monitor ROI and progress.
- Generate demand for products through integrated campaigns in the UK Public Sector.
- Execute marketing activities, working with stakeholders to craft messaging, content, and channel strategies.
To be considered, you must have:
- Proven senior B2B marketing experience, ideally within the public sector or government, with tech marketing expertise.
- Successful project management experience, including budget management and agency coordination.
- Complex stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud, advertising, and productivity tools.
