A leading company in connectivity solutions seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead demand generation efforts for their B2B operations. The role focuses on developing integrated campaigns targeting the public sector, education, and other key verticals, ensuring strong lead generation and alignment with sales objectives. Ideal candidates will bring proven experience in executing successful marketing strategies, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
About us:
Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem—our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks, often in remote locations, ordering a landline and booking in an engineer just wasn’t an option.
And that problem isn’t exclusive to the military, either. Students living in University accommodation, families visiting holiday resorts, or living in shared accommodation and retirement communities.
Conventional home broadband doesn’t always work for them.
Wifinity is different. We offer the same benefits as traditional broadband, such as super-fast speeds, WiFi, and secure and private networks, but none of the downsides. We even offer Pay As You Go and flexible contracts, so customers only pay for what they need without hefty penalties or long contract terms.

The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Manager to lead the charge on demand generation for our growing B2B business, specifically to own our public sector, defence, education and offshore vertical campaigns and brand profile in these markets.
This is a hands-on, commercially minded role with a clear mission: To deliver high-performing lead generation campaigns that result in good quality leads from our targets.
Working closely with our business development directors for these verticals, you’ll design and run multi-channel campaigns that are aligned with their KPIs.

About you:
You will be great in this role if you are a proactive B2B marketer who enjoys campaign delivery and gets a buzz when a new webform comes in. You will have previous experience of, and be confident working with sales leaders. Again, lead gen campaign experience is a top priority.
